Crecent Resources Retail Development are the LOVELY people responsible for making the IKEA Charlotte site. Here is the information that I have found so far from their site:
This is an artist's rendering of the store when it opens. I would have liked this picture better if a red 1995 Honda Odyssey was parked right out front, it would have made the whole thing much more realistic to me.

This is the exact same rendering they showed for our Ohio store! I'd know it anywhere!
